Hi, I'm Ellie
Hi, I’m Ellie. An Artist, a lover of animals and a horse owner. When I’m not drawing, you can usually find me outdoors in the surf or on a mountain.
I gather most of my inspiration from nature, botanicals and wildlife which usually weave their way into my style, whether it’s a pet portrait, chalkboard, or mural.
I studied Art up until A level and then continued my artistic journey on and off in the UK and Australia. I gained a BA hons in English Literature and love play on words, puns and lettering. I currently offer bespoke graphite animal and pet portraits, chalkboard art for venues and events as well as wall murals for personal or commercial purposes.
Pet Portraits
My horse has been part of my family for 19 years and so I understand the bond we all develop with our pets. I have also loved and lost a few other beautiful and quirky animals along the way, so I know the feeling all too well when they are no longer with us every day and that’s why I am passionate about creating a true likeness to your pet and their character.
I have created portraits for people all over the world, Europe, America, Australia and the UK. Animal and pet portraits are a beautiful gift to yourself, for others, on specific occasions or just because. It’s simple and easy to commission a portrait of a pet or animal with me. I’ve created portraits for the love of a specific animal, as wedding gifts, memorial portraits, interior décor … and the list goes on. I’m always happy to discuss any ideas and requests.
Your Pet Portraits
Graphite pet portraits are a beautiful, bespoke, and personal way to capture your pet, to keep a memory or as a gift for any occasion.
The process is straight forward, and everything is discussed at each stage for a personalised service.
First, get in touch with the details of your pet, the size you would like the portrait to be, along with initial photos of your pet (you are welcome to send as many as you like).
At this stage we can discuss which photos you like and the best option for a reference photo.

Chalkboard art might be just what you are looking for. I have worked with different venues in Australia and the UK to ensure that the artwork I produce is specific to the style the venue would like to achieve and draws the customer in.
